Coaching is a forward-focused space designed to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and move toward the life you want with greater intention. Sometimes you know exactly what you want but feel stuck on how to get there. Other times, you may feel restless, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next.
Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, work through obstacles that may be holding you back, and create practical steps that align with your values and vision. Coaching is centered on growth and action—helping you move forward with greater confidence, purpose, and direction.

I provide clinical supervision for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns (RCSWIs) across Florida as a Qualified Supervisor. Supervision is available virtually statewide and in person in Jacksonville. My approach integrates CBT, attachment theory, narrative therapy, solution-focused work, and somatic awareness, tailored to your development and client population.
Faith-Integrated Focus (Optional)
For those interested, I offer guidance on ethically integrating a Christian perspective into clinical practice—while maintaining professional standards, clear boundaries, and client-centered care.
